Know Early with One Simple Blood Test

UNITY screens your baby’s risk for common and severe genetic conditions (PLUS fetal antigens for specific patients). The blood sample is drawn from the mother’s arm, and paternal testing is not needed. Results are delivered in about two weeks.

UNITY Fetal RhD NIPT is the only non-invasive test that assesses fetal RhD status (available in the U.S.) and may prevent unnecessary intervention for ~40%* of RhD-pregnant patients. This helps to clarify which patients may benefit from Rho(D) Immune Globulin Human (RhoGAM).

Rh-Negative Antigen Detection & Treatment

Fetal D-antigen presence is determined as early as 10 weeks with one simple, maternal blood test.

Results can help indicate unnecessary intervention for 40% of RhD-pregnant patients.

This helps to clarify which patients will benefit from RhoGAM, which has become increasingly important in mitigating the impact of the RhoGAM shortage.

100% concordance to neonatal outcomes and >99.9% sensitivity and specificity in detecting fetal D antigen. Read the full publication in Nature's Scientific Report

The RhoGAM Shortage

According to the FDA, at this time Rho(D) Immune Globulin Human (RhoGAM) is experiencing a shortage. This shortage is expected to last throughout 2024.

The UNITY Fetal RhD NIPT test offers a reliable and convenient alternative to traditional methods of determining fetal RhD status, accurately determining the RhD status of the fetus from maternal blood as early as 10 weeks gestation.

We are committed to making UNITY Complete affordable and accessible to all.
